We are currently recruiting for multiple Production Associates (Midnight Shift) to work in its Global Headquarters located in Acton, ON, Canada. The midnight shift runs from 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Sunday to Thursday. These are permanent, full-time positions!

The Production Associate is responsible for filling orders accurately and efficiently. This individual is also responsible for product preparation, finishing, quality assurance, and other duties as required that provide support to the Production Team. This individual is highly skilled at quality assurance, communication, sorting, and finishing and packing

Job/Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper product is used to fulfil orders (quantity, size, product code)
• Perform finishing procedures (sewing, labeling, laundering, packaging etc.) as needed on specific orders
• Packing of orders in boxes, vend-pak bags, special shipments as necessary
• Part of the chemical mixture process – set up and clean up
• Putting gloves on the line for palm dipping
• Wearing of proper PPE and following all Health & Safety procedures
• Quality inspection of product throughout production process
• General knowledge of the machine functions to identify potential operation issues
• Support production in other areas as needed including clean room duties

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum one (1) year of previous production in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Industrial sewing experience would be considered an asset
• Team Player
• Basic math skills required to ensure order accuracy (testing done during interview)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs routinely
• Position requires capability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive high arm movements and bending
• Successful candidates need to be comfortable in warm working conditions
• Ability to work outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends as required is considered an asset
• Ability to work safely in following all procedures including chemicals procedures
