As a Staff Accountant, you have in-depth knowledge of general accepted accounting principles, proficiency in accounting systems, and strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of an efficient close and financial reporting process.

Responsibilities:

· Manage monthly close process including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, inventory, and job cost analysis.

· Provide timely and accurate reporting of financial results

· Maintain fixed asset records

· Assist Controller with preparation of annual budget and monthly forecast

· Ensure the accuracy of the inventory systems, monthly cycle counts and annual physical inventory

· Participate in projects designed to improve company systems, processes, and procedures

Requirements:

· Associates Degree in Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience

· Strong analytical skills required for identifying and assessing business issues

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Organized, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities.
