Job Description

SCI is looking for a full-time Renovation Sales Rep with relevant knowledge & skills to join our team. The position will receive qualified weekly leads, which will require meeting homeowners, assisting with the design process, establishing a detailed scope of work and producing detailed estimates. We are looking for candidates with experience in residential renovations but we are willing to train the right person that is great with homeowners and has strong sales and closing skills.

Experience & requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant residential renovation and or new construction experience (Knowledge of electrical, framing, foundation, HVAC, plumbing, interior finishes etc.)
• Strong sales skills
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant residential renovation and or new construction project estimation experience
• Dependable transportation
• Professional and courteous with customers
• Eligible to work in the US
• Pass background and drug checks
• Valid driving license

Responsibilities

• Visit with homeowners to assess, design and estimate projects
• Establish the scope of work and materials needed
• Create detailed line-item estimates within the company’s estimating/CRM program
• Design projects and layouts for jobs including drawings where required
• Create a detailed budget for project managers to follow
• Work with Project Managers to ensure jobs are scheduled to the homeowner’s expectations and that each project is completed on time
• Document any change orders with both the homeowner and office staff
• Ensure projects are completed to the homeowner’s quality standards and within budget

Compensation

• Weekly pay plus highly competitive commission
• Fuel card

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
