Our high rated always busy collision shop is looking for an energetic, organized people person for our front desk. We are a shop that works 100% for the customer and offers great customer service and qualit. We are family owned since 1999. APPICANTS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN AN AUTOMOTIVE SHOP.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

-Answering phones

-Scheduling appointments

-Data entry

-Opening and closing invoices

-Updating customers / insurance companies

-Receiving payments

This is a fast paced position with advancement opportunities available. We are looking for someone seeking long term employment. Applicant must be reliable, punctual and have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service/ receptionist in an automotive shop: 1 year (Required)
