As a Recruiter, you will schedules interviews and phone screens while working directly with candidates and hiring managers. A Recruiter handles high-volume calls and e-mail interaction with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Develops candidate attraction and sourcing strategies by effectively marketing opportunities. Articulates and negotiates all aspects of the job offer with candidates Follows-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and e-mail. Maintains accurate candidate records on the internal applicant tracking system. Develops recruiting strategies. Consults with recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers to establish solid working relationships. Identifies opportunities for improving overall candidate experience and scheduling efficiency while utilizing headhunting strategies to identify and attract the top talent. Assists with coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.

Recruiter Duties & Responsibilities

• Using information provided by account managers, recruiters, recruiting systems, and reports to assist with the execution of hiring plans.
• Heavy e-mail and phone interaction with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Articulating and negotiating all aspects of the job offer with candidates (including salary, stock options, benefits, bonuses, relocation, etc.).
• Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates to deliver against immediate priorities.
• Develop, influence, and execute sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates.

Recruiter Requirements & Skills 3 years of relevant work experience

• A minimum of 1 year in recruiting field
• Strong organization, attention to detail, cultural awareness, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Professional customer service and phone communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage high volume
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Natural collaborator and successful in building internal relationships cross group
• Must have working proficieny in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Working experience using OneNote
• Previous experience interviewing candidates
• Ability to think critically and be resourceful in ambiguous situations
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues

• Create and execute on ways to identify and hire top talent
• Leverage data to provide strategic insights into the health of the hiring pipeline and provide coaching and training as needed
• Review and analyze resumes
• Strategically source candidates using in-house software and external sourcing tools
• Interview potential hires using industry-standard techniques

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house setting or agency
• 1+ year of technical recruiting
• Experience supporting a range of job profiles and adapting to shifting priorities
• Background of developing creative recruiting strategies with a focus on building an employer brand
• Experience adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective negotiating skills
• Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
• Evidence of building candidate relationships and managing a network of talent
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail, works with urgency and has strong organization skills

Pay: From $50,500.00 per year
