Super Save Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Yukon Full Time

Super Save Propane is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our Whitehorse office. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILTY AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES

· Responsible for telephone, mail and email inquiries

· Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

· Maintain office supplies and office equipment

· Develop, maintain and update office filling system

· Maintain, update and file customer information

· Prepare and make bank deposits

· Prepare and run POS payments

· Scan and email daily paperwork

· Take customer payments, cheques, credit cards and cash

· Other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

· Well organized and detail oriented

· Provide outstanding customer service

· Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

· Ability to work as a team and as an individual

· Self starter with an eagerness to learn

· Ability to balance a variety of tasks

· Assist colleagues whenever necessary

· Must be able to multi-task in as fast pace environment

QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong customer service (1 year experience preferred)

· High school diploma or equivalent
