A fantastic opportunity has become available in a period of significant change across our HR Service unit. The HR Services unit includes HR Connect Contact Centre, Payroll, Mobility and Retail Recruitment across the group.

About the Role:

The Head of HR Services reports to the General Manager HR Operations and leads a team of specialists across the associated functions. You will partner with other Centre of Excellence functions as well as HRBP and Retail Leadership teams to ensure operational excellence is delivered across the HR Connect Contact Centre, Payroll, Mobility and Retail Recruitment..

The business unit has major projects either underway or to be implemented during the required period which will allow you to demonstrate your project management, change management and subject matter expertise across these areas. The role will require you to provide true value to the Project Management Journey.

About You:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate generalist HR services knowledge combined with a consultancy background in which you have helped shape and deliver change not just provide the plan for change. To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in a similar role with demonstrable project and change management initiatives delivered
• Ability to influence and challenge at executive level and those outside direct team
• Analytical and Conceptual Thinking skills
• Strong Project Management experience across complex organisational delivery teams
• Inspiring leadership qualities, having lead large dynamic teams
