About the Role
To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking a Junior Graduate Engineer to join our team located in difference Supagas locations. Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney to assist with Installations & Maintenance. You will have a varied role reporting to the NSW Engineering Manager, focused on customer installations and maintenance of cryogenic air gas vessels at customer sites and Supagas branches

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cost up installations enabling the sales team to quote customers.
• Ensure that all maintenance procedures and daily practices are compliant with mandatory regulatory requirements
• Ensure that all project work is thoroughly documented and documents, PID and layout drawings are controlled and stored in a safe and secure manner
• Order all components required for customer installations ensuring that when maintenance complete the tasks all components are available as well as ensuring critical spares are readily available.
• Complete basic routine maintenance and inspections as required. A hands on approach is required.
• Ensure all offsite installations are documented using MEX and Trackabout and where applicable vessels are registered with the relevant state authorities.
• Ensure operating manuals are available and training conducted for customers with new installations
• Provide compliance support to the sales team and clients as required.
• Provide Manager with monthly installations reports.
• Other tasks as required from time to time
• Adapt, promote and encourage a Safety First approach
• Ensure all contractors operate with all Supagas safety rules and permits
• Ensure Operating Procedures are written for all routine or repetitive activity.
• Generate SWMS when requested by clients

Skills & Experience

• A Junior graduate in Chemical or Mechanical engineering. Some experience within industry preferable.
• Must have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software packages
• Must have the ability to draw basic PID’s and have a hands on approach
• Must have a sound knowledge of the MHF Safety Management System
• Must develop expertise in the operation and performance of the plant maintenance system & equipment operating manuals
