SuOn International Academy is Looking for Help Desk Analyst/From Home Full Time

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Monitor and respond to issues and requests received via phone or customer portal
• Provide remote and customer facing support for initial diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Liaise with customer throughout to ensure satisfactory resolution of problem
• Provide triage, troubleshooting and fault rectification of incidents and requests related to infrastructure, networking, applications and services

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.13-$36.06 per hour
