Job Description :
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the charge in recruiting outstanding talent and managing the entire talent acquisition process for all positions at SUNY System Administration.
This position will work closely with the hiring managers and search committee members to effectively plan and execute successful recruitment initiatives, keep abreast of staffing trends and ensure that all recruitment and hiring practices are in accordance with federal and state employment laws ensuring fair employment practices.
The Manager will join a highly collaborative customer-service focused environment that values diversity and inclusion.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, training, and certifications.
The range for this position is $60,000 – $76,000.
