The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing a comprehensive marketing program that enhances Sunvera Group’s and our ophthalmology and ASC partner practices’ image and position within the healthcare marketplace and the general public.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Collaborate with leadership team members to develop strategies and campaigns that will help reach our organizational goals through a combination of digital and traditional methods.
· Work with marketing vendors and partners on special projects such as press releases, website development, creation of marketing collateral.
· Develop, maintain and modify content of internal and external marketing and promotional material including brochures, video content, blog and newsletter articles.
· Manage digital solutions that improve the patient experience, including NPS surveys, patient reminders systems, online reputation management, patient reactivation campaigns and online scheduling.
· Coordinate internal and external communications, through the use of newsletters, email campaigns, flyers, print collateral and social media.
· Support website and SEO initiatives including monitoring website activity, content and development of functions to promote patient engagement.
· Track and analyze digital marketing activities to measure the successes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve our digital marketing and communication performance.
· Support social media presence through the development of regular content, monitoring and responding.
· Coordinate events for continuing education seminars, partner events, team engagement and internal events.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related major.
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics) as well as strong understanding of SEO practices, and use of website content management system.
· Experience collaborating with leadership and team members to effect change that will improve the process and functions that impact marketing.
· Outstanding ability to work independently to achieve results. Often, there is no precedent for and little help in carrying out assigned tasks. Must originate, plan, adapt and invent to accomplish tasks.
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
