Your Work:

• Place outbound phone calls to qualified applicants and conduct interviews.
• Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals through the execution of lead-generation activities.
• Continuous prospecting through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other data sources.
• Make 20+ calls daily to reach set targets.
• Attend weekly training sessions to further develop yourself personally and professionally.
