Sunshine Montessori Hiring for Executive Childcare Director Job at Fort Worth, TX Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Preschool Director to manage Montessori Preschool in Fort Worth/Keller area. We are looking for committed individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families, while effectively running all School operations with high focus on education. This executive director/ Childcare Program Director needs to be passionate about early childhood education.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience of 5 years as Director

• Must have non expiring Director credentials

• Demonstrated abilities of positive interactions with parents and staff and implementing curriculum

• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or degree in related field is strong plus.
• Montessori experience is strong plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relations with Parents, Teachers and Children

• Mentor/Guide other directors in other centers.

• Train the staff for effectively managing the classrooms and implementing the curriculum

• Develops, coordinates and maintains quality programs

• Comfortable using Childcare management software.

• Ensuring that the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards

• Giving high importance to children’s safety.

• Maintains safety standards in every classroom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
