Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire an entry level/first-time recruiters and experienced executive recruiters.

Responsibilities

In addition to recruiting candidates for our existing clients, our Recruiters develop new clients by establishing relationships with key hiring managers in the market to understand their companies’ growth strategies and related hiring needs.

• Partner with clients to understand their strategic hiring needs in order to effectively fill their open positions
• Under our guidance, develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy to uncover the most-qualified candidates for our clients
• Conduct confidential interviews of qualified candidates
• Present short-listed candidates to clients
• Manage and facilitate the negotiation process
• Develop and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships
• Research and develop leads for future business development
