DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

Position Overview

· Support the business initiatives with the planning, execution and tracking of marketing programs such as email campaigns, social media and content marketing.

· Assist in branding all operational communication forms.

· Provide support for marketing team in terms of scheduling and placing digital content across various platforms.

· Monitors social media platforms and responds to customer comments, inquiries, and tagged posts, while maintaining an aligned brand voice in all external communications.

· Works with each department to determine action plans for advertising.

· Supports and creates custom content for company.

· Prepares and optimizes images for various platforms.

· Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities in the digital space to identify opportunities and recommend innovative marketing approaches.

· Work with managers and field staff to develop captivating and informative content.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong creative direction skills – ability to provide clear, strategic direction and constructive feedback to a team.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Proven experience in digital marketing.

• Highly effective team member: open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement, deliverables, and communication.

• SEO understanding.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Must be able to travel locally on occasion.

• Ability to represent Sunset Air in the highest level of professionalism.

• Capable of effectively working with a variety of personalities

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,500.00 – $75,500.00 per year
