As a Talent Specialist you will assist assigned regions with all functions related to the recruitment of talent for Coordinator level and community level positions. The Recruiter will provide general recruitment training to include topics such as sourcing candidates, prescreening training, applicant tracking system training, onboarding/compliance training, and others as identified.
Responsibilities
Qualifications/Requirements
- 4+ years high volume recruiting experience preferably within a multi-site, agency, or healthcare environment
- Previous training experience highly desired
- Competency with applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication skills
- Strong sourcing background
- Ability to manage multiple duties and priorities
- Exceptional organizational skills and follow-up skills
- Strong problem solving skills
