At Sunrise, our Talent Acquisition Manager – New Developments (TAM) is responsible for supporting our new development communities by acquiring the best talent. The TAM will source, screen and present candidates for sales, nursing and management positions for our new communities across North America. The TAM also partners closely with our People Strategy team to identify and develop strategy around talent acquisition in our major markets.

Responsibilities:

The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed below:

• Recruit for Sunrise community and regional positions with a primary focus on recruiting Executive Directors, Directors of Sales and Resident Care Directors (Nurse Managers)
• Offer progressive, innovative and strategic solutions to delivering top talent, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement
• Develop and promote talent acquisition methodology which maintains high-level candidate engagement throughout the recruitment, interviewing, assessment and selection process
• Ensure recruitment processes and procedures are utilized consistently throughout the organization

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed throughout this job description are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

• 5+ years of dedicated recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
• Comprehensive knowledge of staffing processes, systems and talent acquisition practices
• Well-developed business acumen and ability to understand how talent strategy can influence business objective
• Ability to travel overnight for recruitment events as needed
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, previous experience working remotely strongly preferred
• Previous Applicant Tracking System experience preferred (iCIMS strongly preferred)
• Previous experience recruiting in a healthcare environment desired
• Position requires in home/remote office capability
