The primary purpose of this position is to work with speed and accuracy, ensuring and adhering to OH&S and Quality Control guidelines. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are dependable and show up for work on time as well as thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.

Ensure that production requirements and standards are consistently being met.

Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.

Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.

Maintain a clean and safe work area and comply with all safety guidelines.

Observe all safety guidelines and safety concerns to management.

Follow all written and verbal instructions.

Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

Packaging and processing of bone in and bone out products that would meet the company, CFIA and customer specifications.

Qualifications

Must be physically fit to work.

Working experience in food serving facility, manufacturing industry, warehouse and other production lines will be considered an asset.

Ability to understand, communicate, read, and write in English.

Highly flexible to perform multi tasks related to their work & with the ability to establish & maintain an effective relationship with co-workers.

Able to maintain & complete daily task assignments.

Environment

Working Condition:
Exposure to wet & slippery floors, hot & cold temperatures

Exposure to noise (Running conveyor belts and other machines operated in the plant)

Physical Demand:
Ability to carry & lift product containers (approximate weight of 20-25 kgs).

Walking, lifting, pushing, bending & ability to remain standing for several hours using both hands while working.
