Job Title: Night Shift Data Entry Clerk

Location(s): Stand 48-50, New Spitalfields Market

Time: 12.30-8.30AM

ing to the Sales Director and Operations Manager, the role is to assist both officers to maintain an orderly and efficient system in the administration of the warehouse and wholesale departments.

Key Responsibilities: (list key tasks, responsibilities, deliverables etc.)

Data Entry Duties:

• Raise customers’ invoices.
• Print out invoices for customers.
• Check the invoices to make sure the invoice details are correct.
• Input invoices into the system. Match and File invoices.
• Create purchase orders.
• Convert PO’s to consignment notes ( partly)
• Reconcile delivery notes with purchase orders.
• Input customers’ order into system.
• Update price of products into system.
• File documents daily.
• Office admin.
• Any other ad hoc duties.
• Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.
• Compile and maintain non-monetary s and records.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
• Perform other reasonable duties when needed.

Skills & Experience: (include generic, specific sector, people management, languages etc.)

• Good IT skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• A proactive, team player with good organisation skills.
• Represent the company at all times in a professional manner.
