About the role
You will be responsible in identifying strategies, methods, and channels to attract and retain talent into Sunnyfield, ensuring Sunnyfield follows best practice for their internal recruitment and continues to improve service delivery. The role also encompasses project management and delivery of the People, Learning & Culture (PL&C) strategic and business goals as directed by the General Manager of PL&C.
