Position Overview of the Wellness/Staffing Coordinator:
The primary focus of this position is to recruit, retain and enhance the overall associate experience and commitment to the community and its residents with a focus on promptly and professionally directing the staff in-service and training programs, monitoring performance, recommending and implementing programs to enhance the overall training of staff as it relates to providing exceptional service/care within our community and regulations that govern residential care.
Job Summary for the CRMA:
Administration of certain medications to residents as prescribed for them by their licensed care providers under the direction of the Executive Director, Director of Nursing (or their designee) in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policy. This position may also entail other nursing directed activities including provision of personal care services, assistance, support, and supervision for residents, and other designated duties assigned by their supervisor. This is an essential personnel position. Staff are expected to be at work as scheduled despite weather or catastrophic event.
This position is a direct liaison to the Resident Care Director as it relates to associate morale, feedback, promoting and maintaining a positive work environment.
