Overview:
Reporting to the Manager, Supply Planning, the Contract Manufacturing Coordinator will develop and maintain Sundial’s production plan, create schedules, coordinate material procurement and delivery, and support other activities with contract manufacturing partners in alignment with Sundial’s supply and demand plan.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ongoing production plan with contract manufacturing partners in accordance with Sundial’s demand plan
• Forecast processing activities based on requirements provided by Operations, Supply Chain, Experience and Commercial teams
• Track status / completion of work and provide reporting on a weekly basis
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure timely movement of product and coordination of effort
• Ensure Sundial’s quality requirements are met through all processes and documentation
• Act as the main point of contact for contract manufacturing partners, and collaborate with partners to provide feedback and analysis on potential workflow and processing improvements
• Other projects as assigned

Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or Operations Management
• SCMP or similar designation preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, planning, or related field
• Moderate to advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems

• Moderate to advanced MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Strong project management abilities
• Effective negotiation and inter-personal skills – must be able to accept and balance input from multiple sources
