Who We Want

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for maintaining our online presence, driving sales, and executing various marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-starter with a passion for driving results and experience in the digital marketing space.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, generate leads, and drive sales.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and informative content for digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices and make recommendations to improve campaigns.
• Improve conversion and engagement on product detail pages on Amazon and on Shopify/DTC sites
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, 3D rendering artists, illustrators, animators, or videographers to improve how our brand engages and converts customers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new marketing opportunities
• Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing and products
• Monitor project status
• Create s on the growth and analytics of campaigns

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google AdWords, and social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Experience with adobe creative suite
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation
• Familiar with content creation
• Understanding of the content lifecycle
• Strong project management skills

Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
