The Role

Sunbit is looking to grow and we need an experienced, motivated recruiter to help us. You will be responsible to work closely with hiring managers, developing job descriptions and requirements, posting jobs, and searching for top talent with the mission of building and expending successful teams. We are looking for someone who can push boundaries, demonstrate creativity, and drive innovation to produce results. You will own full-cycle recruiting processes including active search, resume review, interviews, skills assessment, talent engagement, and more. In order to succeed in the role you must have experience with sourcing, interviewing, evaluating candidates, cross functional collaboration, and success working in a dynamic, hyper growth, fast paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand business requirements and create competitive job descriptions
• Review resumes, interview potential candidates, and assess candidates for their knowledge, experience, training, skills, aptitudes, and soft skills
• Use databases and tools to source and recruit potential candidates
• Advertise postings on job boards, careers pages and social media channels
• Main point of contact for candidates, progress successful candidates through the entire interview process, develop trust and engagement throughout the process
• Monitor job offers and current compensation in the marketplace
• Support onboarding processes, programs, and initiatives

Experience / Skills Required:

• 5+ years of solid experience across the end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Innovative sourcing methodologies and experience with hunting channels to find new candidates
• Consultative approach with hiring managers and key stakeholders, experience influencing outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas
• Outstanding verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Intelligent, go-getter, ambitious, self-motivated and hungry for success
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and leadership skills
• Experience working in a high growth technology company is desirable
