Job Description Summary

Logistics Manager

Sunbelt Rentalsthe fastest growing rental business in North Americais seeking a Logistics Manager.

The Logistics Manager will create, implement and manage the global logistics strategy. This is a highly collaborative role with significant interaction with Operations, Suppliers, IT, Procurement, Marketing, and Process Improvement.

This role will oversee all external logistics demand including : 1. Capital Purchases and Dispositions 2. Customer Pickups and Deliveries 3.

Transferring of Assets to meet demand requirements.

Education or experience that prepares you for success :

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field of study or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of building global logistics solutions and managing 3PLs in complex

supply chain environments

5+ years of years of management experience

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities you may rely on :

• Understanding of the freight marketplace
• Be able to translate VOC to operational gaps and drive process improvement
• Project management experience within a matrixed organization with full implementation experience

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors / outdoors when required by the job.

Base Pay Range : $87,863.00 – 120,811.90

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and / or experience.
