It’s a fantastic time to join us and support our Hiring Managers to identify, attract and select the right calibre of talent across the business.
As a Recruitment Team we’re committed to providing a specialist service encompassing the full end-to-end recruitment process, from developing employer brand and attraction campaigns, talent pipelining and delivering effective sourcing and selection solutions.
Your key duties will include:
Developing relationships with key hiring managers to understand their requirements and advise, plan and deliver the most effective recruitment solutions in a timely and cost effective manner.
Actively sourcing, nurturing and pipelining candidates from entry level to senior management. Support and/or lead the strategic campaigns and recruitment drives to populate the talent pipeline in your designated area’s eg HGV Drivers, Customer Service Advisors, Engineers, Professional Services and Sales roles.
Utilising a variety of channels to source relevant, skilled candidates including actively searching for potential candidates via our talent pool (ATS system -Eploy), LinkedIn Recruiter and CV databases.
Utilise and interpret data to inform all activities. Produce reports to demonstrate the delivery against KPIs of ROI : quality, time, cost, sourcing mix and candidate/line manager experience.
Work with the Recruitment Specialist to provide advice and guidance to managers on the most appropriate selection and sourcing methods available for a role, assisting with the facilitation of specialist exercises or tests where required and the ongoing development and contribution towards a Company suite of selection tools.
Work in close liaison with the Recruitment Coordinator and HR Administrators as well as the wider HR team to ensure value is created from all recruitment-based HR activities and that processes and hand-offs are seamless.
Support in the delivery of a Recruitment strategy to ensure that the business resourcing needs are met and in alignment with our People Vision and Values.
About You
What you’ll need to bring to the role
An experienced internal TA /Resourcing Advisor, you’ll be used to delivering in a direct-source model – actively sourcing and selecting active and passive candidates then assisting in assessment and interview process
Self-motivation, used to taking the initiative and operating in an environment with the freedom to act and deliver to meet your key objectives.
A passion for recruitment and providing the highest level of customer care for candidates and managers
Experienced in writing compelling job advertisements and developing effective recruitment marketing materials, including social media
Ideally you would hold a CIPD qualification or be willing to work towards
Experienced in the use of a range of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and networks
Able to prioritise and manage your own workload with effective planning and organisation skills to actively manage a volume of recruitment campaigns and other workloads to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the confidence to challenge and influence where needed
An in-depth understanding of Employment Law relating to recruitment
A collaborative team player, used to working in a wider HR Team environment
IT literate ideally with experience of maximising the use of ATS systems, our current ATS system is Eploy
Willing to travel across the UK to our Service Centres as required. As a team we work on a hybrid pattern with one to two days in the office each week
