Who are we looking for?

Are you an exceptional communicator with the unique ability to sift through technical jargon while identifying top technical talent? As we expand our footprint and solutions portfolio across the U.S., we are looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be critical partner to our Engineering, Product Management and IT leadership teams and touch all things recruiting from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.Our ideal candidate is outgoing, hard-working, self-starting and enjoys working with and helping others to make a difference in their professional life. Most importantly you have a deep knowledge and interest in technology and enjoy staying up to date on the latest advancements.

Responsibilities:

· Partner with hiring managers to identify technology staffing needs

· Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer across the technical disciplines

· Act as a point-of-contact and build influential candidate relationships and pipelines during the selection process

· Partner with the talent team to enhance XIFIN’s presence on social media and identify new outlets to engage talent

· Conduct preliminary phone screens and present pre-screened, qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration

· Successfully negotiate offer terms and compensation packages

· Serve as a liaison with industry associations

What qualifications are needed?

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Communications, a technical discipline or a relevant field required

• Prior technical recruiting experience with knowledge of applicant tracking software programs required

• Combination of agency and corporate experience highly preferred

· Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

· Must be available to travel domestically up to 25% of the time (Dallas, San Diego, Charleston)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,800.00 – $228,800.00 per year
