The Healthcare Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will facilitate the recruiting process, to include conducting sourcing strategy meetings, qualifying candidates, screening candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, selling best qualified candidates to hiring managers, facilitating interviews, conducting debriefs and decision-making sessions and placing successful candidates. This position will manage our administrative, clinical and/or operations related positions including but not limited to medical/nursing, dental, billing, finance and other related areas.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in general business or HR, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years recruiting experience (preferably in healthcare or social services) to include knowledge of full-lifecycle recruiting including: sourcing, employment marketing, interviewing and compensation. Excellent interpersonal and written skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database and ATS (ORC – Oracle Recruiting Cloud) management.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
EVALUATION METHODOLOGIES:
This position will be evaluated based on the incumbent’s ability to prioritize, time management skills and flexibility. In addition, the incumbent’s performance will be measured and evaluated according to the standardized tool used for all employees providing service to internal and external customers and incorporating Sun River Health Values.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
