The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Talent Acquisition is responsible for sourcing, screening and assessing talent for purposes of aligning viable candidates’ fit with company staffing needs. This individual develops a presence in the talent community that represents employer brand to both active and passive candidates. The AVP manages the processes, administration and communications necessary to maintain a talent pipeline and assists in making effective hires that support Sun River Health’s talent strategy. This position will also manage the provider recruitment organization wide. This individual will continually be on the lookout for new recruitment opportunities and will have the ability to formulate strategies that drive engagement for our consumers and take company’s recruiting strategy to the next level. This position will be expected to travel and network across all three of our regions on a regular basis therefore position is considered remote/hybrid.
