Sun Access Global Hiring for Office Manager – Talent Acquisition Job at Camden, NJ Full Time

Base pay – $40,000 – $70,000 a year. Plus bonuses.

This individual will perform activities in Recruiting, Office Assistant and Office Administration roles.

We are in need of an experienced Customer Service, Hospitality, Marketing, Recruiting, or some type of Restaurant/Bartender experienced individual.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through passive and active sources including job postings, social networking, internet research and cold calling
• Make recommendations to company hiring managers
• Pre-screen candidates for various positions through phone interviews
• Schedule qualified candidates for in-person interviews with hiring manager
• Maintain an organized work space and updated calendar

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, restaurant industry, marketing, business administration, HR, recruiting, telemarketing, or anything relating to customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently while working independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Motivated to achieve personal and departmental goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $550.00 – $2,200.00 per week
