Summitt Labs Assistant Job description ($15- $20 hour depending on experience)

Some duties may include but are not limited to-

• – [ ] 1. Staying in touch with customers.
• – [ ] 2. Send personalized emails to all customers
• – [ ] 3. Check what has been shipped and pending to be shipped for the day.
• – [ ] 4. Payment collections and follow ups.
• – [ ] 5. Returns – get in touch with customers to follow up on requests
• – [ ] 6. Following up with customers on non sales related services and answers to questions

Administrative, Ongoing

• Manage Scheduling appointments
• Manage email and send summary of action needed at the end of each day
• Update and maintain contacts in Zoho-customer relationship management software
• Complete new customer onboarding and send thank you email/ Card
• Follow up and manage administrative communication with current clients
• Schedule follow up appointments with current clients
• Organize Receipts and submit expense s monthly
• Track Client Payments and get payment via ACH, Checks or credit cards
• Book and confirm travel arrangements, including lodging, flights, rental cars, etc
• Runs sales s
• Run monthly s to determine which prospects and clients haven’t been communicated with in 2 months

Social Media and Marketing

• Manage social media acoounts
• Edit Blog posts and schedule weekly updates
• Send 3 month and 6 month gifts/cards to sold customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tucker, GA 30084: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 5 years (Required)
