About the role

Due to an increase in business requirements we are currently looking for a new Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our People and Culture Team reporting to the People and Culture Manager. If you have a background in human resources and are experienced in end-to-end recruitment, this is the role for you.

To be successful, you will be engaging and self-driven with relevant experience sourcing candidates at all levels in the business. You will join our People and Culture Team where you will partner with business representatives sourcing candidates and coaching on recruitment.

Requirements:

• Partner with management to manage the full recruitment cycle from agreeing the brief with managers, placing adverts, candidate screening and administration, reference and background checks, salary and contract negotiations.
• Build relationships and coach managers on recruitment principles and compliance requirements.
• Proactively headhunt with the ability to identify key strategic recruitment activities to achieve business outcomes.
• Ensure all candidates have the right skills, experience and attitude for the role.
• Provide timely reports to hiring managers regarding status relating to all positions.
• Coordinate certain onboarding and induction activities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, perform under tight deadlines, problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Undertake recruitment related administrative tasks.
• Liaising with other departments on matters relating to candidates.

To be successful you will need:

• 2-3 years in-house recruitment expertise, previous aged care or health care experience would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of using different online networking tools, such as LinkedIn and other platforms to source candidates.
• Ability to identify and access new professional networks.
• Ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a very fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
• A solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, strong computer literacy, responsiveness, confidence with Australian contractual negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
• Self-starter with initiative, creativity, positive attitude, and passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience
