Summit Elevator Hiring for Part-time Bookkeeper Job at Reno, NV Full Time

We’re looking for a good-natured and meticulous Bookkeeper to be part of our Accounting department. You will work with our Accounting staff and other departments to ensure all transactions are processed accurately. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative duties, such as monitoring financial transactions, reconciling accounts, collecting and calculating payroll and working with vendors. Your primary responsibility is to ensure we meet regulatory standards, including tax requirements and financial reporting. You should have a detail-oriented personality, be organized and have high integrity. Since you will be providing financial data to executives and other departments, good communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Record all transactions from the beginning of the year to the end, including purchasing and sales invoices and all sorts of expenses .
• Document cash flow and general financial status.
• Prepare payroll reports and calculate employees’ salaries.
• Monitor expenses for accuracy.
• Provide management with detailed, up-to-date information on all aspects of company financial health.
• Perform periodic audits, reconciling accounts, checking for errors and missing data, as well as making necessary corrections .
• Create useful accounting reports for decision makers .
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and payments using various bookkeeping software.
• Organize documents by existing filing system, maintain an inventory of all physical records., organize files by client or project., reports.
• Keep accurate records of account balances through daily bank reconciliations and other means.;.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
