Summit Early Learning Selinsgrove is seeking a full-time Center Director. This position is perfect for a dynamic, energetic, experienced professional in the field of early childhood education (ECE).

The Center Director is responsible for creating and managing an attractive, warm, and challenging learning environment for young children, incorporating developmentally appropriate learning activities which meet the needs of the group as well as those of individual children.

Qualifications: Minimum qualification of an associate’s degree in early childhood education or related field, with a minimum of 30 credits in early childhood education (ECE); Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an early childhood setting, and at least 1 year’s management/supervisory experience in ECE programs; Prefer Bachelor’s degree in ECE; 2 years’ management/supervisory experience in early childhood programs, and PA Keystone STARS Director certificate.
