POSITION SUMMARY: This position works closely with our Project Managers to help successfully reach our projects financial outcome. Administrates project invoice process including all invoice tracking, reconciliation, and approvals.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Reviews, verifies, and obtains vendor information and documentation including W9, COI ACH information

· Works closely with supply chain department to ensure all invoices have been received accurately

· Receives and reviews invoices for accuracy and complete reconciliation with a three-way matching process

· Facilitates invoice approval process

· Charge expenses to correct accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice

· Communicates with vendors and contractors to resolve invoice discrepancies and obtain required backup documentation

· Monitors and tracks invoices against purchase orders for accurate reporting

· Collaborate with other team members to support department and project goals and objectives

Candidate Profile:

· Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

· Excellent computer skills including MS Office

· Detail oriented and high-quality work product

· Developing financial analytical skills including cost control

· Basic ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for internal and external customers

· Desire to be proactive and create a positive work environment for others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
