SummersCo LLC Hiring for Forklift Operator/Warehouse Small Business at Middletown, OH Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled forklift operator to join our warehouse team who can also handle warehouse packaging duties. The successful candidate will have experience operating a forklift, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Operate forklifts to move and stack materials in the warehouse.
– Load and unload delivery trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy.
– Inspect machinery daily and any issues to the supervisor.
– Follow safety procedures to ensure the safety of all staff members.
– Pick and pack orders for delivery, ensuring that all items are properly packed and labeled.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, such as receiving and stocking inventory.

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Prior experience as a forklift operator and warehouse packager is preferred.
– Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions is essential.
– Ability to work independently and with a team.
– Good communication skills to interact and coordinate with other team members.
– Physically fit, able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
– Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
