Summerhill Market is looking for a Commercial Delivery Driver to join our team. Our Commercial Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering goods between our production facility, food terminal and stores in a timely fashion while maintaining safety and ensuring the integrity of our products within their transport cases.

You will be loading and unloading from the truck.

You will be helping in shipping and receiving.

Providing support to our Produce Buyer at the Food Terminal.

The ideal candidate will have a G license, experience driving a 3300 kg, 26-foot box truck or larger, be physically fit, be able to prioritize tasks and maintain calm under pressure. We cannot understate the physical nature of this job. While you will be using pump trucks, a hydraulic tailgate and wheeled bins and carts, the job demands a certain level of fitness to succeed. You must also be able to work independently and be able to follow a schedule closely.

Day shift hours.

Paychecks are issued weekly.

Must present a current clean driver’s abstract
