Summer Wyman Fine Art is hiring a part-time Lead Art Teacher. We provide afternoon art classes to students ages 4-18 in a safe and beautiful garden studio setting. We are looking for an experienced and energetic teacher who enjoys working with children.

Experience teaching children any subject in a public or private school setting is required. We prefer candidates with a teaching credential from any state. Experience as an artist is preferred.

We are a growing, woman-owned small business in Carmel Valley. Each of our staff makes a vitally important contribution to our success.

We require two references and a background check as part of our onboarding process.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour

SWFA is an outdoor art studio where masks are required. We are a COVID conscious workplace, and vaccination is required of our employees.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Diego, CA 92130: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
