We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to work within the public sector.

Location: Hybrid working- Weybridge

About the role: You will be responsible for managing and coordinating a comprehensive set of SOPs for the operation and maintaining of building assets.

Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold active SC clearance and have a proven Facilities and Maintenance Management background, with the following skills/ experience:

• Experience in managing/delivering a comprehensive maintenance regime across one or more sites, likely industrial (e.g. utility, pharmaceutical, science or similar).
• Experienced with setting up and implementing asset management standards, reliability centred maintenance.
• Experience of developing and implementing strategies for reducing equipment downtime and increase reliability.
• hands-on experience with managing/operating/maintaining/installing/commissioning systems such as generators, UPS, boilers, CHP, incinerators etc (Desirable).
