About the Opportunity

The Cardiology Department of Sullivan & Nicolaides, situated at Bowen Hills, is looking for a permanent part-time Data Entry Administrator. Your hours will be 8 am – 4 pm, three or four days a week, with the flexibility to choose these days.

We need someone with accurate keyboard skills, a willingness to help others and a great telephone manner. We use multiple types of specialist cardiac software; however, on-the-job training will be provided.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Data entry that contributes to the timely release of patient results to doctors and specialists
• Administration support to the Cardiology Services Team
• Delivering telephone support in a polite, clear, well-spoken and calm manner to Staff and Patients in relation to Cardiology procedures, equipment and the associated software
• Handling incoming and outgoing email correspondence

The office is located close to Bowen Hills Train Station. There is no on-site parking and very limited street parking.
