About the Job:

You will be responsible for the seamless execution of our flagship hand roll bar products. You will be a central component in ensuring a best-in-class guest experience in a fresh, new concept. Recurring responsibilities to include:

• Must be able to recognize, anticipate and act on the needs of guests with a hospitality driven attitude
• Ensuring high quality of food preparation and customer service consistent with Sugo requirements and procedures
• Maintaining clean and organized workstation with practicing safe and sanitary food handling at all times
• Preparing food based on recipes and techniques and with superb attention to detail and consistency
• Approaching interactions with co-workers and guests in a respectful & solution-oriented manner

About You:

• Customer service and quality focused and oriented
• Energetic, passionate, positive and friendly attitude
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to adapt successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Devoted to consistency and passionate about great food experiences
• Excellent knife skills; working knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred, but will train the right individuals
