This is an exciting opportunity for a talented HR Professional to influence and deliver a robust and creative HR service, aimed at enabling our organisation to meet the changing needs of the people of Suffolk. Working as part of the HR Change team, you will have the autonomy to influence and lead the people aspects of change management, workforce planning and people solution projects across the organisation.

You will:

• provide clear leadership and management of a team of ER case advisors creating a culture of continuous improvement in the team
• be pivotal in the delivery of people change, supporting service leads across the council, and challenging managers to think differently
• create and maintain key relationships that span the organisation and key partners having a key role in driving the HR collaboration agenda
• be curious, not afraid to challenge the status quo to and encourage innovative, continuous improvement in everything that you do.
