Summary
£28,672 to £31,346 per annum (pro rata)
Based in Melton or Lowestoft (dependent on candidates’ preference)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our small, busy team. You will provide a responsive HR service to designated service areas and will work in partnership with our customers and the team to deliver a highly effective, professional, pro-active HR service. You will be responsible for first stage advice and support to managers in employee relations, performance management, discipline and grievance and absence management. You will also be responsible for recruitment in your designated service areas and managing occupational health cases to conclusion.
Applicants should be CIPD level 7 qualified, with recent HR experience to include discipline, grievance, absence management and experience of facilitating organisational change. You must have up to date knowledge of employment law, as well as strong IT, communication, and customer service skills.
