Full Job Description
Growing Insurance firm seeking an Executive Assistant to Hire: Supplemental Health Insurance company seeking a Part-time, right-hand to the Founder.
Candidate should be:
-Knowledgeable about the Supplemental Health Insurance industry, preferably as an existing Agent or prior Agent;
– Executive level support experience a plus
– Heavy calendaring/scheduling /Invoicing /call-making
– Client support
– processing
– Project management
– Talent acquisition and recruiting experience also a plus
-Organized and able to keep focus;
-Puntual;
-Capable of handling several projects at once;
-Licensed CA DOI for Accident and Health and Life Insurance preferred.
