Position Overview

Find innovative way to develop and catalogue commercial invoice data for Google shipments (GPN) utilizing new tools or techniques.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Work with others to understand existing process / needs and then develop new tools / techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with others (in-person and remotely)
• Pursuing a degree in business or similar study
• Thinks abstractly to create new methods for scheduling and automation

Job Impact

Streamline the commercial invoicing process with Google to minimize the utilization of company assets (save time). Improving workflow as it relates to commercial invoices and shipments.

Aligning logistical needs between all affected parties.
