What we’re looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Fashion/Beauty Digital Marketing professional to join our team! If you have 3+ years experience in running social/search advertising, or digital marketing, or experience in ecommerce management – we would love to speak with you!   

Job Description

• Develop and execute full funnel paid-media and digital acquisition strategies for a portfolio of 6-8 major contemporary and luxury brands
• Platforms include Facebook/Instagram, Google Search, Shopping & Display, Adroll, Criteo, Snapchat, Google Analytics, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok
• Create effective digital campaign strategies utilizing best practices as well as A/B testing to reach client’s e-commerce goals
• Collaborate with clients on content strategy that aligns with brand’s identity
• Create budget suggestions and performance forecasting models based on client’s e-commerce growth goals
• Analyze and optimize performance based on predetermined KPI’s
• Compile weekly performance reports for clients utilizing Funnel.io and Data Studio
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects, while working with a sense of urgency
• Gain expertise in Stylophane’s cutting edge Social Media Analytics platform for fashion and beauty.
• Opportunity to collaborate with Agency Reps (Facebook, Google and Retargeting platforms) to gain insight on new digital trends, features, and strategy.
• Attend Google and Facebook educational workshops to expand on your digital experience and knowledge.

Basic Qualifications

• New York area based to, eventually, join our NYC office post pandemic
• 3+ years demonstrated experience in digital marketing
• Strong analytic and quantitative skills
• Experience with digital advertising platforms or advanced organic social management, or ecommerce management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization. Comfortable and confident speaker
• Experience analyzing marketing campaigns to determine if they are meeting business objectives
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Self-starter!
