StyleCareers.com Hiring for CUSTOMER SERVICE – Remote/Work From Home, 10-20 Hours p/Week at Remote, Full Time

StyleCareers.com has two PART-TIME openings on our Customer Service Team.  The job will be 10-20 hours a week.  This is a great opportunity for a fashion student, recent grad or an industry professional who is looking to work less than full time.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office or GSuite products is required; working toward a fashion-related degree or experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Post and maintain job listings
• Written and verbal interaction with StyleCareers.com customers
• Marketing and Sales support
• Field incoming customer calls and emails
• Complete outgoing calls and emails to customer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a team player and willing to go the “extra mile” for our customers.
• Must be internet savvy. Experience with social networking sites is beneficial.
• Experience with PC’s (not Mac) and Microsoft Office OR GSuite products is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must display a “can-do” attitude with initiative and self-reliance.

REMOTE OPPORTUNITY:

Work from where you live (provided you live in the United States).  We are flexible with scheduling but the bulk of the time needs to be during normal business hours.
