SOLIDWORKS DESIGNER/MECHANICAL DRAFTER
CAD Experience- Must have Solidworks experience

Must be detail oriented and possess a strong desire to learn and succeed

Design Machinery from ground up

Experience in the ag machinery field or industrial equipment preferred but not required

Must be able to manage time in order to complete tasks

On-site job measuring as needed

Draft parts and prepare shop drawings

Make material lists and verify if any material is in stock or if we need to purchase

Submit RFQ’s to vendors searching for best prices on material and submit purchase orders

Create accurate BOM’s

BS in Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred but not required

Program multiple CNC Machines

Must be self motivated and able to work without supervision

Must have good communication skills and the ability to multitask

Be willing to work overtime and be punctual

Have a good attitude and be willing to learn and be challenged

Meet with clients to discuss design issues

Create preliminary drawings for potential future work

Design and manage fabrication of equipment and or sheet metal and weldments

Communicate with other engineers/drafters to complete projects

Create cut lists track orders

Room for advancement into management if preferred

Pay: $26.00 – $40.00 per hour
