Contract Type: Variable Hours.

Salary: £33.35 per hour level 3 teaching/ £41.64 per hour level 6 teaching.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this job, you’ll deliver our Accounting, Finance and Management provision, teaching groups of international students across our Level 3 and Level 6 programmes. Our class sizes are on average between 18-20 students, and you’ll be given the autonomy to be innovative and engaging to enhance the blended learning experience. There will be material development for you to be involved in. You’ll undertake marking and feedback provision on a formative and summative basis, and you’ll also have the chance to support the development of the student’s independent learning.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Your experience will be in teaching Accounting/Finance/Management in a Further Education or Higher Education context, teaching at a minimum of Level 3 (and 6, if stated above). (essential)
• A degree in a relevant subject. (essential)
• A postgraduate qualification or PhD in a relevant subject. (Essential for level 6)
• A recognised teaching qualification (desirable)
• Experience teaching students under the age of 18 (desirable)
• Previous experience teaching International Students (desirable)
