We are looking for talented online tutors who would like to share their outstanding learning skills with their students.
「Requirements」
*Top college background
* Have a 4-year university degree or are currently pursuing one
* Experience tutoring students
* Based in The US
* In-depth knowledge of the subjects that you prefer tutoring
* Fast, stable internet connection
* Have a private/quiet space to hold sessions without disturbance
* Passionate about helping students who need help in their learning
「The right candidate will be」
* Enthusiastic – Energy is contagious and we expect our tutors to be passionate
* Approachable – Rapport building in an online class could be hard. For helping students be relaxed during the class and learn more, an approachable tutor would be a great help.
* Patient – Students who need help mostly would struggle with the subject or specific problems. It will take some time for them to understand so patience will surely be one of the key skills that have to be exercised in the classroom.
* Adaptive – Every student has different learning capacities. It’s crucial for the tutor to be adaptive so that the session could be tailored to the student’s needs and abilities.
* Considerate – Challenging questions sometimes will discourage students. It would be greatly beneficial to help them build their confidence.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $23.00 – $40.00 per hour
